• Account data: name, email, password hash, billing details (processed by our payment provider).
• Usage data: Amazon URLs you submit, generated reports, log data, device/browser metadata.
• Cookies: session cookies for authentication and limited analytics cookies for product improvement.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, product updates).
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

URLs you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) and scraping providers (e.g., Apify) to fetch and analyze publicly available Amazon reviews. We do not use your submitted URLs or generated reports to train third-party AI models.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers (hosting, payments, email, AI inference) under contractual confidentiality.
• Authorities when required by law.
• An acquirer in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Generated reports remain available in your account until you delete them or close your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@reviewspy.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the US.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
